We’re pleased to announce the return of the most popular menu theme in Merchant Roots’ 7-year history: Feast of Moss Woods, a delicious motif of mushrooms that explores fungi’s earthly delights and mystical meanings.
If you joined us for Into the Forest, you’ll be delighted by Chef Ryan’s reprise of the theme, which will feature a brand new 16+ course menu of dishes like a Black Truffle “Pop Tart”, Tempura Maitake Mushroom with House-cured Duck Prosciutto, and a Savory Chanterelle Mushroom French Toast.
