Mad Tea Party
We've prepared a menu that fuses High Tea and Prime Rib Sunday Dinner elevated to Merchant Root's typical standard of detail-driven delicious tasting menus. We've been inspired by traditional English classics, but with plenty of opportunity for surprise, antics, and the non-sequitur.
The presence of tea sandwiches featuring everything spiced quail's eggs and cucumber-dill-caviar will be... "up-in-the-air" upon arrival. Vadouvan chicken pot pies should just be finished baking prior to the "pourable" fish & chips...
While we were inspired by The Mad Tea Party of Lewis Carroll's Alice, we will be serving A Mad Tea Party, sprung from our own mental unravelings....
